Learners Chess Camps


  • Camps are set up throughout the year during Albuquerque Public School Breaks, Including week long summer camps and single day camps throughout the year!
  • Camps can be attended as a morning half day from 8:30am-12:00pm, and afternoon half day from 1:00pm-4:30pm, or as a full day from 8:30am-4:30pm!
  • Students will play chess, attend lessons, work on workbooks, and earn points towards cool prizes such as colored chess pieces, treats, and rubix cubes!
  • Camps also include a morning and afternoon recess for students to take a break, get some fresh air, and move their feet!
  • Learners Chess Members are eligible for 25% off tournament Registration Fees for single day camps!

Dates:

  • Election Day, November 2nd
  • Veterans Day, November 11th
  • Monday before Thanksgiving, November 22nd
  • Tuesday before Thanksgiving, November 23

Location:

  • All Fall Camps are held at our home location, 532 Adams St. NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108, on the corner of Lomas and Adams

Price:

  • Full Days, 8:30am-4:30pm: $50
  • Mornings, 8:30am-12:00pm: $30
  • Afternoons, 1:00pm-4:30pm: $30
  • Early Drop off, Late Pickup available for all students for an additional $5 per day
  • Lunch hour (12:00pm-1:00pm) for half day students available for an additional $5 per day
  • Sibling Discounts Available, 10% off all additional students after the first, applied automatically at checkout.

  • Early Bird Discounts Available for registering a week or 3 days in advance
